Our hogs are raised on pasture, getting on clean ground regularly, nourished with organic feed, and then finished on apples, pears, and hazelnuts--come taste the difference! All of our meat is USDA inspected.
We have a lot of repeat customers who have very positive things to say about our pork. Besides the quality of flavor and texture, knowing the hogs were healthy, did not get subtherapeutic antibiotics (STA), and were allowed to act like pigs during their entire happy life, makes a big difference to a lot of customers.
