The Adventures in Vegetables Continues. . .

Ate our first beets tonight--love that beet pasta recipe and will send it out again tomorrow.  You all have favorite recipes for beets?  Beans planted out, tomatoes progressing, full shares get more carrots tomorrow.  Did anyone have feedback about last weeks artichokes?  In our experience they are smaller but delicious.  Time for a well-tilled bed: I'm beet.
